PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Harbor Medical is seeing an increase of young mothers who are searching for information on health issues after delivery. They decided to create an postpartum repository for young mothers to access that provided education and resources. A survey about postpartum issues was administered to 150 mothers (their ages ranging from 16 to 34) before the repository became available. From the results, Harbor Medical concluded that the postpartum issue that 60% of the mothers didn't know about was Postpartum Preeclampsia.  Along with infographics, eLearning courses and access to free medical screenings, Harbor Medical will also provide microlearning tools that mothers can quickly refer to when needed. This quick and easy 7taps microlearning course covers the top 3 symptoms for early detection of Postpartum Preeclampsia. It features text information, gifs, knowledge checks and a link for mothers to refer to for more information.

PROJECT TITLE: Bee Naturals New Hire Onboarding Microlearning Campaign

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Bee Naturals is experiencing rapid growth and is looking to continue growing and stabilizing their internal operations. With the influx of new hires, BN has created a campaign of microlearning products that will be deployed to help onboard these new employees before their 3-day onsite orientation. Since they only have two weeks to prepare for their orientation, the campaign will consist of the most important microlearning products that will help to ensure success during their orientation.  New hires have no idea how quickly BN is moving and need to be prepared on day 1. This 3-day orientation will include but not be limited to the following:

The topic of this product is Connection and Project Management tools that are used across all BN teams and departments. Those tools are Trello, Slack, and Calendly. The purpose of this product is to provide BN new hires with an opportunity during their 2-week onboarding to get signed up and acquainted with the online tools.  During their orientation, new hires will hit the ground running and get hands-on experience on what their day-to-day responsibilities will be. These employees need to be ready on day one.
