About Me

Brianna Beatty is an accomplished Learning & Development Specialist, with a combined 8 years of experience in corporate fintech industry and public education.  She creates innovative learning experiences for today and tomorrow's learners through highly engaging eLearning courses and other learning resources. Her skill set, knack for learner engagement, niche for writing, and knowledge of the learning design process makes her a great asset for implementing pertinent solutions for internal and global audiences. 

She is a creative, DIY-type thinker with a growth mindset. While maintaining professionalism, Brianna exercises her creative prowess through the use of programs such as the Articulate 360 Design Suite (Storyline & Rise), SnagIt, Descript, Camtasia, Canva, Docebo (LMS), Adobe Photoshop, 7taps and the Google and Microsoft Suites. 

Brianna is a mother, wife, daughter, and a foodie who loves a good Saturday morning cartoon sesh. She was born in Tampa, Florida and raised in Petal, Mississippi. She attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette for her Bachelors in Public Relations. She can also make a mean chicken and sausage gumbo. Brianna is a former college softball All-American and professional softball player. After retiring, she earned her Teaching Certificate, started teaching 7th and 10th grade English.  She has since transitioned out of the classroom into an L&D specialist role, but is looking for her next opportunity to grow and develop in the L&D space.
