PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The leading producer of ramen noodles, Nissin Roah, is seeing that there aren't enough quality ramen restaurants around the Winston Salem area. The company is noticing that more people would be willing to make their own ramen if it checks two specific boxes: easy to make and authentic-tasting. Nissin Roah has decided to create a fun, engaging eLearning course featuring their #1 selling ramen. This course features the Nissin Roah Tonkatsu flavored ramen packet and essential toppings that can rival most restaurants. This recipe features items that can be purchased at your local grocery store or Walmart Supercenter. The course also features games-like interactivity that allows the learners to stay engaged while learning how to create an easy, delicious dish they can enjoy in the comforts of their own home.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: HFCS (Hunter Forrest County Schools) has created a series of onboarding trainings for their new teachers, student teachers, and long-term substitutes. These trainings include many how to videos that provide teachers with the information and guidance to be successful in their first year of teaching. This specific scenario-based training covers how to effectively communicate with a parent when their child misbehaves or doesn't follow the rules in class. This is a situation that teachers deal with all the time and this training helps to to make sure that they are confident in their ability to handle any situation that may arise during their correspondence with the parent.
